Are there any interesting stories about this photographer or his/her work? In 1940 at St. Die in the Vosges mountains, he was captured by German solders and spend 35 months prison camps with the Nazis. He try to scapes from the camps but he fail twice; however he was successful at his 3rd try.

Why did you select this photographer? I selected this photographer because he has a cool name and is similar to my name. He also has some unique pictures; however there aren't as important as his name.
Describe your reaction to the artists work. Does it look mysterious? Is the lighting incredible? Is the editing really interesting? Did the photographer capture the subjects in a unique way? One thing that I really admire about him and I think is interesting is that he is a master of the candid photography meaning he capture that object in motion with even distracting the object while the process of taking the picture.
